RIYADH:The President of Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Abdullah bin Fahd Al-Hussein and Director General of Russian Itar-Tass News Agency Sergei Mikhailov have signed a memorandum for news co-operation between the two agencies on the side-lines of the IV News Agencies World Congress being held in Riyadh.
Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Oleg Ozerov attended the signing ceremony.
The memorandum is for joint co-operation in news, photographs and the exchange of information services between the two agencies, SPA reported Wednesday.
This memorandum further extends of the previous cooperation arrangement on between the two agencies since 2003, SPA said. (QNA)
