DOHA: Qatar National Bank (QNB), the country’s largest lender, has set up an interactive display booth at City Center to inform customers about its latest electronic services and promotions.
QNB’s e-Services team will give a detailed explanation to visitors about electronic banking services offered to help customers complete their transactions on the move and without having to visit the branch, said a statement yesterday. Services are convenient, easy to use, highly secured, and available 24x7.
When using electronic services, customers will be able to perform most of their financial needs online easily such as paying utility bills and credit cards, viewing accounts statements, transferring money between own accounts and anywhere in the world, top up Hala and Vodafone prepaid accounts and much more.
Customers visiting the booth will be able to find out more about the bank’s card-less services conveniently available to give them a way to access cash without the need to have their cards.
The team will also remind customers of the latest campaign launched in partnership with Western Union where customers are able to send free Western Union money transfers through QNB Internet Banking. The promotion is valid until December 9.
Also, customers will be able to learn more about another QNB campaign which gives them a chance to win an iPhone 6 when they register for Internet or Mobile banking and conduct at least two transactions online. The promotion is valid until December 8.
QNB online services are among the best and most innovative in the Middle East and North Africa, the statement added.
