DOHA: Qatar Airways has added three flights per week between its hub in Doha and Khartoum, taking the total number of services to Sudan to 17 weekly flights.
CEO Akbar Al Baker said the extra capacity would be a great boost as it would improve connections from Khartoum to over 130 destinations across the airline’s global network, offering passengers more choice for their travel plans. “QA can seamlessly connect travellers from Khartoum via our Doha hub to diverse cities like New York, Washington, Chicago, London, Stockholm, Paris, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Dubai and many others,” said Al Baker. The route is operated by an Airbus A320, featuring 12 seats in First Class and up to 132 in Economy.
