NIAMEY--The headquarters of the regional African force set up to fight Boko Haram will be transferred to Chad after its base in Baga was overrun by the Islamist militants, Niger said Wednesday
Niger's Foreign Minister Mohamed Bazoum made the announcement after regional talks in Niamey on ways to combat the Islamist extremists who have been stepping up attacks both in Nigeria and neighbouring countries.
