Doha: Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces Lt. Gen. (Pilot) HE Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai held a number of bilateral meetings with several senior international officials during the third day of 9th Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX 2026).
His Excellency met with HE Commander of the Armed Forces of Malta Brig. Gen. Clinton John O'Neill; HE Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Lt. Gen. Fahd bin Abdullah Al Ghufaili; HE Deputy General Delegate for Armaments of the French Republic Lt. Gen. (Engineer) Gaël Diaz de Tuesta; HE Advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Italian Armed Forces Lt. Gen. Gianfranco Annunziata; and Deputy Chief of Staff of Mongolia Brig. Gen. Baldjid Baatar.
His Excellency also met with a number of officials and representatives of companies participating in the exhibition, including Chief Executive Officer of CVIC Xinnan Li; Deputy General Manager of Leonardo Carlo Gualdaroni; and General Manager of Elettronica Group Office in Qatar Guerino Giancola.
During the meetings, a number of topics of mutual interest were discussed, and ways to enhance and develop military cooperation in a manner that serves common interests.
The meetings were attended by a number of senior officers and officials.
