Doha: The Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning H E Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani has issued a ministerial decision appointing Mansour Agran Mansour Al Buainein as director of Al Wakra municipality.
Al Buainein obtained a diploma from Qatar University in 1997 and has assumed different positions at Al Wakra municipality, most recently being director of the general affairs department.
