SUKKUR: During operations in 2014, Shahbaz Rangers arrested 58 terrorists from upper Sindh and Balochistan.
Shahbaz Rangers Sector-Commander Abdul Ghaffar told reporters high-profile dacoits were among the arrested terrorists. “Weapons such as rocket launchers and Kalashnikovs were recovered from these terrorists,” said Commander Ghaffar.
The Sector-Commander further said a ‘dangerous’ terrorist was arrested in Shikarpur who wanted to establish an international terrorist network there. Commander Ghaffar also told reporters that two terrorists from banned organisations were arrested from Mirpur Mathelo who wanted to travel to Dubai from Karachi.
