Hilton Doha receives 3 major awards

DOHA: The winners of the 2015 Hilton Brand Awards have just been announced and Hilton Doha was the proud recipient of two major awards – “Leader of the Year” and “Best Use Of Social Media” for the Middle East and Africa Region. In addition, the hotel snagged the most coveted“F&B Hotel of the Year”award for the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region at the EMEA GM’s and Sales Conference 2016, which took place in Prague recently. These annual recognitions celebrate outstanding accomplishments by hotels and individualsas they demonstrate their passion and commitmentto the Brand.

As for the Sales and Marketing Award for Best Use of Social Media, this has been attributed to the team for demonstrating a proven engaged and growing audience on relevant social platforms, compliance with brand social media standards and making the greatest efforts to reach out to guests, understand their needs and resolve issues and have a high positive sentiment and response rates, amongst other criteria.
Furthermore, Hilton Doha was recognised as F&B Hotel of the Year.
