QNB welcomes new batch of staff

The latest batch of new employees at the induction programme.

Doha: QNB has recently welcomed a batch of new Qatari employees within the group by holding a graduation ceremony for participants of its latest Induction Program.
QNB regularly holds Group Induction Programs for its new Qatari employees for a faster adaptation and integration within the group’s international network.
The latest of such programmes witnessed the graduation of a group of employees who completed 12 training modules over a six week course, followed by four weeks of on-the-job training, a process that enables them get a real time experience and make them part of the bigger team.
QNB will continue its long-standing approach of holding regular induction programmes for all new employees, to develop their skills and help identify their capabilities, so that they can excel and realise their full potential.
QNB currently operates in more than 27 countries and across three continents. 
It has approximately 14,500 employees in 615 office locations and has won numerous awards and accolades, signifying the excellence of its banking services offered to its customers across its network of operations.
