DOHA: Qatar Central Bank (QCB) has announced it will issue new Qatari Riyal banknotes of all denominations on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
The central banks circulates a large amount of banknotes, especially during the holy month of Ramadan each year.
QCB releases new banknotes periodically throughout the year. The amount has reached an estimated QR 1.7 billion for notes of all denominations. (QNA)
