Doha: Qatar Stars League (QSL) side Al Gharafa’s Euro 2016 stars Vladimir Weiss and Kristian Nemeth have joined up with their team mates on the first day of Al Gharafa’s preseason training camp in Portugal.
The pair, who represented Slovakia and Hungary respectively at Euro 2016 in France, had been given an extended rest by club.
In the first session of the training camp, the squad focused on physical fitness under the watchful eye of head coach Pedro Caixina and his staff.
Gharafa will head back to Doha on August 7, where the Cheetahs will ramp up their preparations further ahead of the new QSL season, which is set to start on September 15.
