Budapest: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani left Budapest today, August 21, after an official visit to Hungary.
His Highness and the accompanying delegation were seen off at Budapest International Airport by the Minister of Economic Development of Hungary HE Marton Nagy, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Hungary HE Abdullah bin Falah Al Dosari, Ambassador of Hungary to the State of Qatar HE Ferenc Korom and members of the Qatari embassy in Budapest.
HH the Amir sent cables to President of Hungary HE Katalin Novak and Prime Minister HE Viktor Orban, expressing His Highness' sincere thanks and appreciation for the warm welcome and honor accorded to him and the accompanying delegation during the official visit to Budapest.
His Highness also expressed pleasure at meeting and holding talks with them and senior Hungarian officials on ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the State of Qatar and Hungary, stressing Qatar's keenness to bolster cooperation with Hungary in various fields for the benefit of the two friendly countries and peoples.
