Doha: A delegation representing the Ministry of Youth and Sports’ Youth Affairs Department will take part in a cultural exchange programme organised by the Japanese government for the first time from September 23 to October 8 with the participation of seven countries. The programme includes an international youth conference which will discuss the role of youth at this stage. QNA
