Doha: The Emiri Diwan announced the Eid Al Adha (Greater Bairam) holiday schedule yesterday. For ministries, other governmental organs, authorities and the public institutions the Eid Al Adha holiday will start as on Thursday, Dhu-AlHijjah 09, 1433, coinciding with October 25, 2012, and ending on Thursday, Dhu-AlHijjah 16, 1433, coinciding with November 1, 2012, so that employees resume work on Sunday, November 4, 2012. For Qatar Central Bank (QCB), banks and the financial institutions working under the QCB, Qatar Financial Markets Authority, and Qatar Securities Company, the holiday will be for three days from Thursday, October 25, 2012.
