An armoured personnel carrier is hit by a Molotov cocktail thrown by anti-government protesters during clashes after the funeral procession of Hossein Mahdi in the Bahraini village of Sitra, south of Manama, yesterday. Mahdi’s body was found on Al Malikiyah beach, west of Manama early on Saturday, according to a Ministry of Interior statement.
