DOHA: The Qatar Exchange down on Monday 20.33 points or 0.21 percent to 9,731.56 points from the previous closing of 9,751.89 points.
The volume of the shares down to 8,432,880 from 6,779,868 on Sunday and the value of shares increased to QR 362,768,521.33 from QR 265,446,267.43 Sunday.
Among the top losers were United Dev. Company whose share dropped 1.88 percent to QR 21.90, Islamic Insurance lost 1.56 percent to QR 56.90, Electricity & Water fell 0.88 percent to QR157.00 and Ooredoo down by 1.55 percent to QR 139.30.
The Banking and Financial sector index was lost 0.07 percent points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index dropped 0.55 percent points.
The industrial sector was lost 0.35 percent points while insurance sector added 0.77 percent points. (QNA)
