Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs launched the fifth cultural season of its intellectual and cultural project, ‘Nadwat Al Ummah’, yesterday, with a seminar exploring the foundations of integration between science and faith in Islamic thought.
Organised by the Ministry’s Department of Islamic Research and Studies, the opening seminar, titled “Methodological Foundations for Integrating Science and Faith in Islamic Thought”, will be held immediately after Isha prayer at the Imam Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab Mosque.
The fifth season carries the theme “Science and Faith: Foundations of Building and Pillars of Advancement” and brings together academics, researchers and religious scholars.
The seminar aims to promote intellectual awareness and constructive scholarly dialogue, in line with the Ministry’s 2025-2030 strategy to develop individuals, strengthen moderate Islamic identity and raise community awareness.
