DOHA: HE Chairman of Qatar's Administrative Control and Transparency Authority Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, who is also the President of the Climate Change Conference (COP18), met here on Wednesday with HE US Ambassador to Qatar Susan Ziadeh.
