Dancer Mira Nigam Upadhaya and her troupe perform the Bharat Natyam in front of the 1,000-year-old Surya Mandir on the first day of ‘Uttarardh Mahotsav’ or Festival of Classical Dance in Modhera, 100km from Ahmedabad, yesterday. The two-day festival is organised by the Gujarat State Department of Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities.
