KINSHASHA--The Democratic Republic of Congo Senate has decided to delay until Friday a vote over hotly-contested legislation to extend President Joseph Kabila's rule, officials said Thursday.
"The plenary session has been postponed until tomorrow at 0900 (0800 GMT)," Miche Ngalamulume, an aide to the Democratic Republic of Congo's senate rapporteur told AFP.
