Al Mirqab Exchange is the first exchange in Qatar to introduce Multi-platform Online Remittance. They officially launched their Innovative Online Remittance solution named ‘Mirqab Touch’ for public in an event at Radisson Blu Hotel. Al Mirqab is a Money Exchange Company working in Qatar since last two decades. For the new solution offering, Al Mirqab exchange partnered with Fintech Company ‘HiTech Group Turnkey Solutions’ and ‘Al Ahli Bank’.
The concept of sending money from home, made simple and easily reachable for public by announcing Mirqab Touch’s Android, iOS and Browser based remittance solution. Any person working in Qatar with a valid ID proof will be able to register with Al Mirqab Exchange Company’s branches. Once the user is registered successfully, the customer will be receive an SMS from Mirqab, spokesperson said.
The online system is highly secured with Dual-Authentication mechanism with Two Factor Authentication and the feature was presented well. Now, any Debit card issued from Qatar will work with the system for paying for the transaction. Each transaction result and login attempts will be notified to the customer by SMS from Al Mirqab.
Customers will be able to see their individual reports from the system for their past transaction history.
An account blocking facility made available in the system, which features a single touch account blocking functionality as an added safety for the customer and once blocked account will be re-activated after verification by Al Mirqab Support executives.
A 24 x 7 Customer service will be available to customers for support. The remittance service comes with affordable cost of normal Electronic transactions in the Market. Using this service Customers can send money globally in their convenience.
