Doha: Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs H E Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi has issued a decision appointing the members of the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee.
The decision stipulates the formation of the committee, chaired by Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Real Estate Registration and Documentation Affairs Amer Saeed Al Ghafri, with Director of the Real Estate Registration Department Mohammed Hassan Al Rumaihi serving as Vice-Chairman.
The committee also includes Mohammed Ahmed Al Nuaimi, representing the Ministry of Commerce and Industry; Khalid Hassan Al Mahshadi, representing the Ministry of Justice; Tariq Juma Al Tamimi, representing the Ministry of Municipality; Rashid Hamad Al Athba, representing the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and Manaa Ibrahim Al Manaa, representing real estate brokers. Ghafri affirmed that the formation of the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee is an important step to enhance the regulation of the real estate sector and raise the level of its practices.
He said the committee will work to develop the real estate work environment, raise the efficiency of real estate brokers, enhance transparency, and protect the rights of all parties in a way that supports the growth of the real estate sector and keeps pace with the requirements of economic development in the country, in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.
