Kharkiv, Ukraine--An explosion wounded eight people during a march in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Sunday, witnesses told AFP.
The blast occurred during a demonstration marking the one-year anniversary of the overthrow of Ukraine's former pro-Kremlin president. Similar marches were taking place in Kiev and other parts of Ukraine on Sunday, though not in the chunk of eastern territory controlled by pro-Russian rebels who are fighting government forces.
