Doha: Qatar has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the Israeli occupation forces' storming of the city of Nablus in the West Bank, which led to the death of a number of Palestinians and dozens of injuries, considering it an extension of its continuous and systematic crimes against the Palestinian people, and its flagrant violation of the resolutions of international legitimacy.
In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned of an explosive situation in the Palestinian territories as a result of the Israeli escalation, urging the international community to take urgent action to stop the Israeli attacks, provide protection for the brotherly Palestinian people, and hold Israel accountable for its horrific crimes in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The Ministry reiterated Qatar's firm stance on the just Palestinian cause, the legitimate rights of the brotherly Palestinian people, and the establishment of their independent state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
