McDonald’s Qatar holds ‘Crewsome Oscar’ event

McDonald’s Qatar recently hosted its annual staff appreciation event for more than 800 employees at the Hilton Hotel in Doha. 
Reflecting the spirit of teamwork and unity, the event was spread over three days and themed “Crewsome Oscar”, with red carpet arrivals of staff dressed like celebrities along with lot of interactive activities and competitions with prizes and giveaways. 
This year, the celebrations saw attendance of the present Philippine Embassy Consular Assistant, Cultural Officer and Attaché in Qatar Richard T Billedo along with the staff, counsellors and senior management from McDonald’s Qatar.  
Kamal Saleh Al Mana, Managing Director of Al Mana Restaurants & Food Co, said: “I am proud of the hard work and dedication of our entire McDonald’s Qatar team, helping position us market leaders and the best in our game for the past 20 years. At McDonald’s Qatar we truly believe that our employees are our most important asset and that their talent, ideas and skills are the key factors to our growth and success. The “Crewsome Oscar” events is our way of acknowledging the real gems in our crown and appreciate their efforts and notable achievements.”
The events were an opportunity to acknowledge the outstanding performance of teams and individuals. Categories included the Best Restaurant Manager of the Year, Outstanding Consumer Satisfaction Award and the winner of the McDonald’s Super Crew Competition.
