Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Wednesday Amiri Order No. 5 of 2023, appointing HE Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi as Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Amiri Order is effective starting from its date of issue, and is to be published in the official gazette.
