Doha: Qatar Armed Forces concluded the Stormy Waves (1) joint exercise with the US side, attended by various units of the Armed Forces, the General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security and the Civil Aviation Authority.
Held under the supervision of the Training Authority, the exercise aimed at raising the efficiency of staff officers and combat officers in commanding and managing this type of exercises, integrating the concept of operations between forces and corpses, in addition to enhancing cooperation with friendly forces.
The exercise's conclusion was attended by Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces Staff HE Lieutenant General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al Nabit and a number of senior commanding officers of the Armed Forces.
