TRIPOLI: President of the General National Congress (GNC) of Libya Dr. Mohammad Yousef Almagarief has received a written message from HH the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, pertaining to bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern.
The message was handed over by Charge d'affaires of the Qatari Embassy in Libya Nayef Abdullah al-Emadi during his meeting with President Almagarief at the Presidential Palace. (QNA)
