Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Secretary-General, Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani (left), during the 28th session of the GCC Olympic Committees Chiefs in Kuwait, yesterday. The QOC delegation to the meeting is chaired by Sheikh Saoud, and includes the President of Qatar Swimming Association Khaleel Ibrahim Al Jabir, President of the Qatar Sailing and Rowing Federation, Khalifa Mohammed Al Suwaidi, and Assistant Secretary-General for administrative support Mishal Al Khalifa.
