Istanbul: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan renewed his country's support for the Palestinian cause, during a phone conversation with his Palestinian counterpart Mahmoud Abbas.
According to a statement issued on Saturday by Turkey's communications directorate, Erdogan and Abbas discussed bilateral relations between the two countries.
The statement added that Erdogan reiterated to Abbas his support for the just cause of Palestine.
