TAAMEER Group has announced the launch of EVORA City in Lahore, Pakistan. Spanning 15 million square metres, the development represents an estimated total development investment of US $5 billion, marking a strategic milestone in the Group’s international expansion and its growing focus on developing integrated cities and urban communities.
The announcement comes as construction progresses on the ground, with approximately 30% of construction and infrastructure works completed, alongside the completion of the Data Center building, reflecting the project’s transition from planning to active implementation.
TAAMEER Group is leading the development and management of EVORA City through EVORA Development, a company established by the Group under a joint investment structure. TAAMEER maintains full management responsibility for the company, overseeing its development strategy, planning, execution and successive development phases.
A City Inspired by Lahore’s Heritage with a Global Architectural Vision
EVORA City draws its identity from Lahore’s rich architectural and cultural heritage, bringing together traditional character and contemporary design to create a distinctive urban destination.
The master plan balances built-up areas with open spaces, with building coverage limited to no more than 40% of the total land area. The remaining land is allocated to landscaped gardens, green spaces, public plazas, roads, infrastructure, facilities and essential services.
At the heart of the city is a 3-kilometre main boulevard, which TAAMEER Group aspires to develop into one of the world’s most beautiful urban destinations and architectural landmarks. The boulevard will feature retail destinations, pedestrian walkways, public squares, hospitality venues and leisure facilities.
The master plan also includes a 600,000-square-metre shopping mall, envisioned to become the largest in Pakistan, alongside residential neighbourhoods, business and commercial districts, administrative facilities and hotels intended to be operated by leading international hotel brands.
The development will feature two universities and an integrated education district comprising schools, educational facilities and supporting services, in addition to a planned hospital to be developed in collaboration with one of Saudi Arabia’s leading healthcare institutions, marking its intended first presence in Pakistan.
These components are designed to support a comprehensive urban environment that enhances quality of life and provides integrated services for residents and businesses.

Construction Progress and Preparations for the Commercial Launch
TAAMEER Group is preparing to launch Phase One sales in December 2026, coinciding with the opening of the project’s headquarters and sales centre in Lahore. Details of the available units and payment plans will be announced at the official sales launch.
His Excellency Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan, previously received a TAAMEER Group delegation led by Mr. Mohamed Hussain Al Ali, Chairman and Group CEO of TAAMEER Group. During the meeting, the Group’s investment plans in Pakistan were discussed. The Prime Minister welcomed TAAMEER’s investments and directed the relevant authorities to provide the necessary support for their implementation.
