Doha: KG-2 students of MES Indian School recently visited Strasenburgh Planetarium in New York virtually.

A documentary was shown which provided the most exciting experience for the students. For children, space has always been a fascinating topic.

Information regarding the day and night sky, outer space, galaxy, astronauts, constellations, how and why space shuttles are sent in space, their exploration, the mysteries of the moon and its shapes were shown in the documentary.

It was a wonderful experience for the students to watch such an enthralling documentary sitting in the comfort of their homes. The expansion of the sky, the twilight, and the facts about the sun and moon made them feel even more ecstatic.

The trip was a great way for students to explore and enrich their knowledge about the cosmos.
