DOHA: The 4th edition of ‘Qatar Building Information Modelling (BIM) User Day’ forum, which aims at providing a platform to share knowledge, discuss latest technologies and identify new potentials for BIM in the construction industry, will be held tomorrow at Qatar University.
The event, themed ‘BIM Policy — One industry, one language’, is being hosted by the College of Engineering at QU and co-organised by HOCHTIEF ViCon, an international provider of business processes and technology management for virtual design and construction. René Schumann, General Manager of HOCHTIEF ViCon Qatar, said: “As BIM can greatly help manage complex projects, it is in high demand in Qatar.”
