Dr Ali bin Samikh Al Marri, Chairman of Qatar National Human Rights Committee
He had held the post of Chairman of the Arab League’s Permanent Arab Commission for Human Rights and also Chairman of the Arab Network for National Human Rights Institutions. He had worked with Unesco and Supreme Education Council. He received a PhD in Political Science. He is the Chairman of The International Coordinating Committee of National Institutions for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights (ICC Sub-Committee on Accreditation (SCA)).
