Doha: The cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani yesterday took the necessary measures for issuing the following draft laws after taking note of the recommendations of the Advisory Council:
A- A draft law for establishing the health and education fund.
B-A draft law for issuing the unified law for combating dumping and the compensatory and preventive arrangements for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.
Such a law would enable the GCC member states to take the necessary measures againt dumping and thus increasing imports, the matter which entails damage to any Gulf industry.
The provisions of such a law will be applicable to practices harmful to the international trade directed to the GCC member states by the non-member states.
C-A draft law amending some provisions of the decree law No.(21) of 2006 concerning the private institutions of public benefit.
