Qatar Airways recently held its second blood donation drive at the airline’s headquarters in Doha.
Over 100 employees participated in the all-day campaign, deemed a great success as the carrier moves towards implementing the blood donation drive as part of its ongoing commitment to social activities.
The airline liaised closely with the Ministry of Health on the initiative.
Qatar Airways Chief Executive Officer Akbar Al Baker said: “Qatar Airways is pleased to involve employees of the airline in this important initiative that will have a lasting impact on the health and wellness for Qatari residents and citizens.
