DOHA: The Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) has launched an advanced customer care service centre. The call centre number is 4484 0000.
The bank, in a statement issued yesterday, said the new facility would work round the clock on seven days a week. If the line is busy, the call centre will get back to the caller within 15 minutes.
The new facility offers QIIB customers a range of services including transfer of funds, paying Qtel and Kahramaa bills. The customers need to register their details to avail the new facility. The Peninsula
