DOHA: The Bayt.com ‘Holidays in the Middle East and North Africa’ poll, recently conducted by Bayt.com, revealed that employees in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region consider office productivity to be higher than usual at year-end.
Around 27.7 percent respondents said it is “an all-time high” compared to the rest of the year.
Employee morale is also higher now than the rest of the year, according to 58.9 percent of respondents. About 38.7 percent participants claimed it’s “an all-time high”.
