ANKARA: French President Francois Holland will visit Turkey on Monday for a two-day state visit.
Holland's visit comes in response to an invitation extended by Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
It is the first time in 22 years that a French President visits Turkey.
Turkish radio TRT reported today that the two presidents will hold a round of discussions dealing with bilateral relations and new ways to advance bilateral cooperation.
They will also exchange views over regional and international affairs. (QNA)
