According to reports, Leeds United are interested in signing Stuttgart midfielder Alexandru Maxim.
The 26 year old Romania international has been in excellent form for the second division so far this season.
As reported by the Daily Express:
“Maxim has been linked with a move to Leeds this transfer window.
The Romania international has enjoyed a fine season in the 2.Bundesliga, scoring twice and registering five assists in 16 games.
And his representative, Herbert Briem, has hinted a move to England could be on the cards.
“I advise Alex to play football where you have the highest requirements and where they believe in him,” he told German newspaper Bild.”
