Astana, Kazakhstan: Syrian rebel negotiator Mohammad Alloush on Tuesday blamed Damascus and Iran for a lack of progress at peace talks in the Kazakh capital Astana aimed at bolstering a ceasefire.
"There has been no notable progress in the negotiations because of the intransigence of Iran and the regime," Alloush told AFP.
