DOHA: HE the Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Attiyah met today with HE Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
