InterContinental Doha The City welcomed André Dubois, Canada’s Ambassador to Qatar, for the launch of Canadian Beef in Qatar at Prime Steakhouse restaurant recently. Canada beef industry association organised a workshop and seminar where chefs and food & beverage managers from five-star hotels were invited to learn about the advantages of Canadian Beef. Guests had the opportunity to taste different beef prime cuts and veal with special menu prepared by InterContinental Doha The City Executive Chef Emmanuel Pauliat.
