Dr Hussain holds the office of Executive Director of the Qatar Investment Authority, overseeing the management and evaluation of the investment fund of Qatar in international and local markets. Dr Hussain is the Chairman of Masraf Al Rayan and Al Rayan Investment and Vice-Chairman of Qatar Financial Centre Authority. He has held senior positions at the Ministry of Finance, Supreme Council for Planning and
H H the Emir’s Office. Dr Hussain holds a PhD in Economics.
