Low-lying areas of the city have been hit by knee-deep wate.

DOHA: Another spell of unstable weather is expected from tomorrow and is likely to continue until later Friday, according to the Department of Meteorology.
Areas in the country will witness low and medium clouds with chances of scattered rains during the unstable weather, forecasters said.
“There may be thundery clouds at times on Thursday and Friday due to a low pressure system building in the upper layers of the air,” said the bureau.
Rains that occur this time of the year in central parts of Saudi Arabia will be moving towards Qatar by tomorrow and Friday.
This is a transition period and a highlight of this period is that the weather can change suddenly, said the bureau.
Temperatures will be in their mid-twenties and wind will be northwesterly to northeasterly, with moderate speed, which will become fresh to strong with the formation of thunder clouds.
