DOHA: Gulf Drilling International (GDI), hosted 13th GCC National Drilling Contractors forum at Four Seasons Hotel, Doha yesterday. Participants shared experiences and exchanged knowledge about onshore and offshore drilling operations.
The forum was attended by senior management and delegates from GDI-Qatar, Kuwait Drilling Company- Kuwait, National Drilling company- UAE and Abraj Energy Services –Oman.
GDI is a subsidiary of Gulf International Services which is the largest oil field service company in Qatar. Shale shaker and screens and cost optimisation were the main topics covered by companies during this conference.
