New executive committee of Nepal Engineers’ Association Qatar Centre.
Doha: Nepal Engineers’ Association (NEA) Qatar Centre organised its 10th general assembly at Asiana Restaurant and Banquet Doha, Qatar, recently.
The programme was chaired by President Eng. Arjun Prasad Bhattarai. The event was attended by Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of Nepal in Qatar Lakshman Khanal. Eng. Padam Narayan Sah and Eng. Pradip Kumar Jhawere.
The programme was started by lighting the lamp by chief guest and then Eng. Safdar Imam, 1st Vice-President of Nepal Engineers’ Association Qatar Centre, delivered the welcome speech.
Acting General-Secretary Ram Ishwar Yadav presented the activities report and Treasurer Eng. Daniel Ahamed presented the financial report for 2020-2022.
Eng. Padam Narayan Sah, Coordinator of the advisory committee and selection committee commissioner for the assembly, expressed his views as remarks for the NEA QC. The programme was hosted by Eng. Kulchandra Basnet and Eng. Jwala Shahi.
After the formal programme, a closed session was held, chaired by Eng. Padam Narayan Sah to announce the new executive committee with endorsement and presence of all NEA members for upcoming tenure of 2022-2024.
