Al Ahli Hospital, in association with Al Suliman Group, hosted an exhibition where a new technology was introduced to the Middle East. The new In Home Chronic Diseases Technology will be beneficial in monitoring the patients vital signs and medical history and reports.
This has not yet been introduced to the Middle East and Al Ahli Hospital will be the first in the region to adapt it and create awareness around it.
The technology aims to prevent, treat and follow up on the medical condition of the patient, and this will be made possible through two devices that will at each patient’s disposal: The Health Guard-15 Blood Circulation analyser and the Telehealth Congestive Heart Failure and Obesity Monitor.
“The In Home Chronic Diseases Technology will strengthen the relationship between the patient and the physician, and will facilitate the communication among them,” said an official statement.
