The students of Birla Public School (BPS) observed Earth day on Tuesday. Special activities like processions, group discussions, section-wise special assemblies were conducted to mark the importance of Earth Day. Students brought potted plants and took the pledge to ‘Save the Earth’ and ‘Protect the trees’. Competitions like slogan writing, collage, banner display and clay moulding were also conducted to emphasise the importance of saving the earth for the present and future generations.
