DOHA: Sloanes Real Estate Brokers, a UAE-based firm dealing in luxury properties, has announced its plans to invest over QR10m in Qatar with the opening of a new office in Doha as part of its expansion plans in the Middle East.
Sloanes is a boutique agency focusing on renting, selling, and managing high-end real estate properties in Qatar and in the region. Sloanes also operates in Dubai and Jeddah and offers properties in Saudi Arabia, the UK, Turkey, Germany, France and Spain.
The company’s new office in Qatar has been set up in the iconic Tornado Tower in Doha. This office in Qatar is Sloanes’ third in the region, following its successful expansion into Jeddah and Saudi Arabia earlier this year.
Its operations in Qatar will be led by seasoned real estate professionals who have collective experience of more than 100 years.
The company will focus on selling, renting and managing, high-end real estate properties to residents of Qatar as well as offer international investment solutions globally. Sloanes’ in-house finance team will also provide private offshore banking, wealth management, international mortgage for expats and local Qataris as well as traditional financial service products.
Apartments to a wide selection of listings are available from duplexes, student accommodations, beach properties, penthouses and Towers with prices starting from QR250,000.
